Voters in North Carolina approved a constitutional amendment requiring photo ID for all voting, by 59.6% to 40.4% in unofficial results from all precincts. Nevada's Question 7 passed 62.4% to 37.6% with 87% of precincts counted, its second required approval after about 73% in 2024. Both reach mail voting.
